Lisa Spring Wells is the Director of Community Engagement for Reflection of Inspiration (ROI). A member of the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians, Wolf Clan. Lisa is passionate about building partnerships, supporting communities, and creating opportunities for positive change. Through her work, she helps advance education, awareness, advocacy, and prevention initiatives while fostering collaboration among Southeastern Tribal nations, organizations, and community leaders throughout Western North Carolina and beyond.
