Larry has over 29 years of car sales experience with 13 of those years in the franchised Ford business. Twenty-five of his years have been in management (Used Car Sales Manager, New Car Sales Manager, General Sales Manager, & General Manager) and he is currently President/General Manager. Larry has been with Andy Shaw Ford for 15 years.

Brad is a native Western North Carolinian who has led several companies previously. Most notably, he helped found and manage an electronics distribution business from start-up to employing over 45 professionals and recognizing over $10M in annual revenues. He is dedicated to making Ward P&H the most reputable, recognized, and respected HVAC and Plumbing Contractor in WNC. Brad’s management of the company includes assuring customer service satisfaction, securing supplier partnerships, development of the company’s growth strategy, and oversight of marketing efforts.
