From Burnout to Balance: Rediscovering Your Inner Peace In this class participants will learn what traumatic stress, stress and burnout are and how it may show up for them. Attendees will identify experiences, beliefs, cultural norms, and behaviors that are likely to contribute to their stress and burn out while exploring how this impacts their self-esteem and personal habits. Attendees will brainstorm realistic strategies to minimize stress and reduce the likelihood of burnout in their personal lives and take steps to create an intentional and sustainable holistic plan for life balance and increased self-esteem.
